Presenter 

Liz Coroneos, Vascular Access CN, Toowoomba Renal Unit

 

Liz has been the Renal Access Coordinator for the past 11 years for Darling Downs Health, Toowoomba Hospital, and has worked in renal dialysis since 1994.

Liz has participated as speaker / facilitator at several Vascular Access Workshops for Renal Society of Australasia and ANZSIN special interest workshops and has co-facilitated the annual joint Toowoomba / Gold Coast Renal Access Workshop since 2017. She has been on the executive committee of the ANZSIN Group since 2016 and is a member of the Renal Access Nurses Network.

Liz is formally trained in “ultrasound in Vascular Access” and experienced in ultrasound assessment and cannulation of arteriovenous access.

Sally has been working with Medtronic since 2017 looking after the renal access portfolio for ANZ and Asia Pacific.

Sally's passion for improving patient outcomes in renal access stems from over 3 decades working in the clinical haemodialysis setting.

She has a Bachelor of Nursing and a Graduate Certificate in Nursing (Renal).
